This study aimed to explore the effects of students’ self-reflections on their presentation performance. Students (N=21) in this study were in their first year of private university in Japan with the proficiency of intermediate level of English. They were required to complete two different types of presentations. During each presentation, students did a peer-evaluation of their classmates’ performance and after their own presentation, they reflected on their performance by answering the questions on the worksheet provided by the instructor. The poster will show the outline of the course and the results of the students’ reflections highlighting importance of student reflections.
