Involving students in a Self-Access Language Learning Center can have benefits for not only the center but also the students themselves as it can promote autonomous learning and provide opportunities for language learning. This presentation will explore the experiences of student volunteer editors for a newsletter for a Self-Access Language Learning Station (SAS) called “The SAS Express” created by the researcher, who is chief of the SAS, for the purpose of increasing student involvement. Feedback from volunteers on how to improve the experience, as well as the researcher’s own self-reflection on his experience with “The SAS Express”, will be discussed.
